| It will not be easy being away from our baby, but we have faith
and trust in the Lord, that he will watch over you and bless you with safety and success.
We are so PROUD of you for what you are doing for our Country, You should be PROUD too,
your selflessness, bravery and sacrifices are truly appreciated more than you will ever know.
May God give you strength and courage to face the uncertain days still ahead of you?
May God bless you with physical and spiritual strength,
continued courage, mental stamina and success in your efforts.
We would like to thank you all/not only our SON who has decided to join the Army
(has been a dream of his since he was six) but
all the troops that are fighting for our freedom and for all
your dedication to your country, and thank you for giving all future generations hope
for a safer and brighter future.
Your dedication and willingness to put your lives on the line
are a continual inspiration to us all.

Hello everyone, I am 11 yrs old and this is a poem I wrote for my big brother after he left for the Army.
Why do you think we do things for you,
Not because you tell us to.
Everything happens because we care,
But it doesn't matter what you wear.
Although at times it might seem so bad,
Don't forget about the things you had.
At times I wish you were here,
To help me figure out my fear.
We all think you are doing great,
Don't let frustration haunt you with hate.
At times I just want to cry.
Because I never got to say goodbye.
We want you to hurry home soon,
Before the sun turns into the moon.
